Things you can do in your secure client portal.

• You can view your currently scheduled appointments.

• You can schedule new appointments.

• You can cancel scheduled appointments.
  The 24-hour cancellation policy is still in effect, so you cannot cancel an appointment less than 24 hours from your original appointment time without being charged the full session fee. If you are cancelling for Monday appointments, please do so by the prior Friday.

• You can view your current balance due.

• You can view and download billing documents such as invoices and statements for insurance reimbursement.

• You can pay your balance due if your therapist accepts credit cards and you have a credit card on file.

• You can upload documents such as psychological testing and other clinically-relevant material.

• You can complete and electronically sign documents that your therapist has placed in your portal.
